Pre-Ballet and Tap
Students will learn basic dance skills in ballet and tap.  Dance attire, ballet shoes and tap shoes are
required.

Tots in Motion
This creative dance and movement class will focus on gross motor coordination, creativity and
self-expression.  Use of props such as streamers, scarves and maracas will be incorporated.  The
Tuesday class will be an inclusive dance class designed to also meet the needs of children who have a
disability.  This is a parent participation class.   Siblings (including infants) and other children are
not allowed in the class.

Jazz Dance
This class is designed for adults 50 and older who wish to learn basic jazz dance technique, steps,
combinations and routines. Participants will strengthen their balance, flexibility, memorization and
gross motor coordination. All levels are welcome.   Class is offered on an ongoing basis.  Registration
is month by month.

Dancin' Kids

In this combination dance class, dancers will develop basic dance skills in jazz, ballet and creative
dance.  Dance attire and ballet shoes are recommended.

Dance classes are taught by Miss Susan.  Miss Susan
possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation
Administration with a Concentration in Therapeutic
Recreation from San Jose State University.  She
started dancing at local dance studios as a child and
continued throughout her college years.  She was a
member of a local dance company for 5 years.  Miss
Susan has been teaching dance classes for over 20
years.
